Pittsburgh Tàijí Seminar with Zhao Zeren and Zhang Yun

I recently attended a Tàijíquán seminar taught by Zhao Zeren and Zhang Yun in Pittsburgh. Many of my fellow Yin Cheng Gong Fa (YCGF) North America colleagues were in attendance. During the event, we worked on many details and applications of grasp bird’s tail, cloud hands, and movements from the final section of the Northern Wu Style Tàijíquán 37 posture form of Wang Peisheng.

Two of my colleagues conducted their bai shi ceremony, becoming formal lineal students of Zhang Yun lǎoshī (老師; teacher). This was celebrated with Lion Dance and Capoeria Angola demonstrations by members of the host school.
