Hatha Yoga

I have trained in vinyasa yoga and continued a practice of breath work and meditation along side asana practice since moving to Baltimore in 2004. In the fall of 2006 I enrolled in yoga teacher training under Kim Manfreidi at Midtown Yoga (Cham City Yoga) and I recently completed requirements for 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
Yoga is an excellent practice that helps my running, rock climbing and martial arts. The union of breath with movement and emphasis on maintaining focus and balance is something I benefit from greatly.
